HOURS OF OPERATION: Our offices are open Monday-Friday from 9:00 to 6:00 Pacific time. We do not have a store location; the address listed on this site is a mailing address.
PRODUCT INFO: Most fabrics shown are a Stretch Lycra/Spandex, Stretch Velvet or a Woven Cotton Blend. Please check the description of the garment for details. We use the highest quality, medium weight, stretch fabric on the market that offers great stretch and recovery, excellent strength and long term resistance to body acids. Our fabric will retain its shape for years, unlike many other fabrics on the market! We also use a higher thread count which will insure that your garment won’t fall apart after a few washings.
SIZING: All items are available in sizes Small through Extra Large, with some styles available in larger sizes. Please see our "Size Chart" for detailed information.
PAYMENTS: We accept Visa, MC, AMEX and Pay-Pal.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING: Most orders ship within 48 hours from the date of your purchase. This does not include weekends or holidays. We ship via UPS Ground on all domestic packages. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Currently we only ship international orders via USPS Express Mail with a flat rate of $29.95 per single item. Each additional item is $6.00 (approximately). Shipping time is generally 5-6 business days, not including weekends. Your Country may charge customs duties (which we have no control over) so please check with your customs agency prior to placing your order. Also, your order could randomly be held by customs which may delay the delivery of your order. It is the your responsibility to pay the customs and import duties. Please contact your local customs office to determine the customs costs. If you refuse to pay, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any duties, taxes or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be subtracted from your merchandise refund and your credit card will be charged accordingly.

RETURNS: Please call or e-mail us with any questions prior to ordering. We accept EXCHANGES ONLY. You may exchange your purchase or be issued a store credit for future purchases. Please e-mail service@lolitagirlclothing.com to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA#). Please include your order number and whether you are returning for a store credit or exchanging. EXCHANGES: please include the style #, color and size of the garment you'd like to exchange for. You have three days after receipt of your order to obtain an RMA#. All returns must be received within 10 days after the RMA# is issued. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA#. NO EXCEPTIONS. All garments must have the original tags attached and be in brand new condition. This is at our discretion. Please complete and include the bottom portion of your receipt.
FREE SHIPPING ON EXCHANGES: Please include the style #, color and size of the garment you'd like to exchange for. You have up to three days after receipt of your order to obtain an RMA#.
